OTHER TESTING METHODS
In addition to destructive mechanical testing, we also offer further experimental methods that enable comprehensive characterization of surface and material properties with a direct link to bonding, surface treatment, and coating processes.
We perform determination of the surface free energy of substrates based on contact angle measurements of sessile liquid droplets, carried out using the See System device (ADVEX Instruments). This method provides key information on surface wettability and its suitability for bonding or subsequent surface treatments.
Furthermore, we provide thickness measurements of polymeric and non‑polymeric coatings using PosiTector instruments, which allow fast and non‑destructive evaluation of coating layers on various types of substrates.
Our services also include hardness testing of polymeric and metallic materials, used to assess material mechanical properties and to verify quality in relation to technological processing or operational loading conditions.
