Preparation and coordination of certification acc. to TL A‑0023

The technical regulation for defence‑related deliveries, TL A‑0023, defines quality requirements for adhesive bonding and related processes applied by manufacturing and repair organisations performing work on military and other regulated products. The regulation addresses organisational, technical and personnel requirements for bonding processes, including quality management systems, documentation, process control and qualification of adhesive bonding personnel.

TL A‑0023 is based on DIN 2304‑1 and is extended by defence‑specific requirements reflecting increased demands on safety, reliability and process traceability.

Customer support and certification coordination

We provide customer support related to TL A‑0023, focused on the practical implementation of the requirements in industrial practice. Our services include in particular:

• support with the interpretation of TL A‑0023 requirements
• assistance with the implementation of bonding process and quality management requirements
• consultation on documentation, process descriptions and internal organisational preparation
• technical support in connection with customer or external assessments
• coordination of certification according to TL A‑0023 in cooperation with a certification partner in Germany

We do not issue TL A‑0023 certificates ourselves. However, we are able to organise the complete certification process in cooperation with a German certification partner, including expert support during preparation, coordination of certification steps and communication with the certification authority.
